DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Lula Vogeli will arrange for delivery of products at offered terms.

If the address is incomplete, ambiguous or defective and caused that  products cannot be delivered during the usual business times, Lula Vogeli accepts no responsibility for the delivery of the product. Lula Vogeli reserves the right to withdraw from the contract should the delivery be unsuccessful twice.  In this case, Customers are invited to contact the Lula Vogeli immediately for further instructions by email Support@lulavogeli.com or by filling out the contact form on the Contact us page.

Payments already made by the customer in this case, will be reimbursed, minus the shipping costs caused

Details of the shipping methods and availability will be indicated in the course of the sale. Orders will be delivered to your entered address according to the shipping method selected.

Lula Vogeli is strongly committed to completing each Order in the best possible way. The ordered products will be delivered to your address according to the shipping method and shipping company you selected. Nonetheless, any estimated delivery time indicated in the Order summary should be used as a guideline only. The estimated delivery time starts from the date of dispatch and it will be between 24 to 48 hours. For international orders, the delivery time will be upon the country and carrier selected and could take 7 days as and average.

Lula Vogeli cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery that is not due to its negligence, including but not limited to force majeure, customs clearance processes, strikes, natural disasters, transport bottlenecks, operational disturbances, any other fact pertaining to the supply of courier services or any other circumstance outside of the control of Lula Vogeli.

Lula Vogeli may inform you by e-mail in the event of a delay. However, this shall not lead to any entitlement to a reimbursement of costs or compensation in any case.
